Costal Clouds took a popular, tasty, sweet fruit flavour of watermelon and cleverly added some crisp apple which are both sweet but very slightly tangy. That slight tang helps balance out the flavour like a tiny bit of sugar/honey does to your spaghetti bolognese sauce. Genious!
